Delivery and Return Policy
Delivery Timeframe
- Orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours, depending on distance and delivery volume.
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM may be processed on the same day. (Note: This does not apply to all products.)
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Fees
- A delivery fee of $5, $10, or $15 CAD applies based on your location and distance from our facility.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
- Missed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details may incur an additional re-delivery fee.
Return & Replacement Conditions
- We offer replacements only for:
- Spoilt or damaged items
- Genuine dissatisfaction with our food items
- All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and must include:
- Order details
- Clear photos of the items in question
Return and Cancellation Policy
Order Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns are not accepted.
- Eligible issues (spoilage, dissatisfaction) will be handled through replacement, not refunds.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are prepared or dispatched.
- Once the order is prepared or out for delivery, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Refund eligibility is determined after reviewing the submitted claim and photos.
